Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data Socialclue collects, why, and what you can do about it. Socialclue is operated by Arivium Private Limited, Suite No. 1, 6th Floor, Kasi Arcade, 116/1 Thyagaraya Nagar, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600017, India ("Socialclue", "we", "us").
Socialclue is in pre-launch. Today this site only takes early-access reservations; we will update this policy before the product launches.
What we collect
Early access. When you reserve early access, we collect your email address and your company or LinkedIn URL. We use them to manage your place in line, email you once to confirm, and email you payment details at launch. No card is collected and nothing is charged before launch.
Usage and technical data. Log data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used to run and secure the site. We use PostHog to understand how the site is used; it runs without setting cookies or similar identifiers.
How we use it
- To keep your place in line and contact you about early access.
- To run, secure and fix the site.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use it for advertising.
Legal basis (EU and UK)
- Early-access emails: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Security and analytics: our legitimate interest in running a safe, working site.
Who we share it with
- Service providers that run parts of the site for us, under contracts that limit what they can do with the data. The current list is below.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
- A buyer or successor, if Socialclue is sold or merged, under this policy's terms.

How long we keep it

International transfers
Your data is stored in the EU. Emails are sent through a provider in the United States. Where the law requires it, we use safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:
- show you the personal data we hold about you
- correct it
- delete it
- give you a copy to take elsewhere
- stop or limit how we use it
- withdraw consent you gave earlier
Write to [email protected]. We'll reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. Using these rights will never change how we treat you.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access to it is logged.
Children
Socialclue is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies. PostHog runs without cookies or similar identifiers.
Changes to this policy
If we make a material change, we'll email people on the early-access list before it takes effect and update the date at the top of this page.
